Hi, I’m Aurel. Originally from Romania, I now call the UK my home.
I’m a sommelier, a word that might be unfamiliar to some, simply a wine server to others, or just a job in the eyes of many.
Some see it as just a job, but for me, and many others, it’s way more: a passion, a career, and a lifestyle all wrapped into one.
